About Carine Cats Baseball

Carine Cats Baseball commenced in 1981.  Carine Cats Tee-Ball Club expanded into baseball under the direction of Ray Buckley. Ray was baseball's first coach.  The team playing in the B division was undefeated during the season and was rewarded with promotion to the A division. Three boys from this successful team were selected to play in the West Stirling “All Stars” team.

During the season 1999/2000 a formal agreement was reached to amalgamate the Carine Baseball Club (Senior Baseball) with the Carine Cats Ball Club. The change took place at the commencement of the 2000/01 season. the Carine Cats Ball Club Inc. is now the umbrella for the divisions of Baseball, Softball and Tee-Ball within City of Stirling.

During the season 2012/2013 Carine Cats Baseball were excepted into the current State League Competition.

Carine Cats Baseball now caters for all ages and levels of abilities for Juniors: Machine Pitch, Little League, Intermediate League, Junior League, Senior League & Big League. Seniors of all playing abilities from the Elite of State League, State League 2 & 3, B, D, E and F Grade.

And coming in 2020, we will also field a Girls Team in Baseball WA Under 17s Girls Competition.
